I ordered 2 items but I just received one. Where is the other one?
We have multiple warehouses overseas. So, if you ordered 2 or more items, they may not arrive at the same time because they are usually shipped from different warehouses separately, to decrease the shipping times.
Can I cancel my order?
Sorry! When an order is placed on our site it goes directly to our warehouses to be processed. We can't currently do cancellations because by the time we reach our supplier they've usually already put your order into production. We're working on developing a better cancellation system in the coming months.

My order arrived broken.
We check each order carefully before sending it out but occasionally an order will get damaged during the shipment process. If this is the case, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is it safe to process payments through you?
We use PayPal, the leading international payment provider, to process all purchases. There is no point where we ourselves have access to customer's personal data ourselves or where that data might potentially be compromised. All data is processed with encryption via PayPal.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Due to an increased demand, please allow 1-7 days to process your order. Once shipped, your order will arrive within 2-3 weeks for United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, other countries can take up to 4 weeks, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas. I made an order during Black Friday. My package has not moved for 8 days! Where is my order?
We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. During the BLACK FRIDAY period, we receive a very large number of orders. This is why additional time is needed for the processing and preparation of these orders.
